daylumi

For schools and education teams

A familiar day, at home and at school

View the individual day plan a child uses at home, with parental consent. For teachers and support teams: read-only access, not classroom management. daylumi Schools is in early access.

In the classroom

The same visual day the child knows from home can be followed at school, if the parent chooses that.

  • Same day, same visuals

A teacher or support worker sees the day plan with the same pictograms the child uses at home, so the day does not split into two worlds.

  • Calmer transitions

What is now and what comes next stays visible, which makes moving to the next moment together easier.

  • Fit the individual

Each child follows their own visual plan, aligned with what works at home and at school.

  • Parent and school aligned

Parents and school see the same overview, so they can support the child together.

Per-child consent

There is no school roster and no bulk access. Every connection starts with a parent or guardian.

  • Parent gives consent

A parent or guardian invites you per child. You only see that specific child.

  • Read-only

You view the current day plan. Editing, exporting or forwarding is not possible.

  • No bulk access

There is no central class list or roster. Every connection starts and ends with the parent.

Account data and plans are stored in the EU, with per-account access rules. Family photos are not sent to the AI. AI features are text-based; the optional photo AI is off by default.

In development, together with design partners

We are building the school features below with a limited group of partner schools. They are not generally available yet, your practice shapes what they become.

  • Class & group day plan

The visual timetable on board or screen, with an individualised schedule per pupil within the group.

  • Transitions & the unexpected

Now/next and change cards for a fire drill, a substitute teacher or a trip.

  • Continuity school ↔ home

The same visuals and a “what did we do today” look-back that child and parent review together.

  • Roles & class management

Teacher and care coordinator, with a calm, board-friendly classroom view.

  • Compliance built in

EU data, role-based access and data-processing agreements as a requirement, not an afterthought.

Early access

Schools is not a self-serve product and has no fixed pricing or school admin yet. We are looking for an initial group of schools who want to help shape the model with us.

What comes later

Extensions such as rostering, school administration, DPA/data-processing agreements and under-13 consent handling will be worked out legally in a later phase. They are not available now.
