Terms of service

daylumi is a visual day planner that helps parents and carers make a child's day predictable. It is not a medical device and does not replace professional care or therapy.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 to create an account.

New users add their card at signup through our payment provider and get a free first month with full access. After that the paid subscription starts automatically; you can cancel any time before the first charge.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time under Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

EU consumers have a 14 day withdrawal right on a new purchase, unless the service has been fully delivered at your express request within that period.

The plans, photos and pictograms you add remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use that content.

Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to bypass security, or to overload it through automated requests.

We aim for continuous availability but cannot guarantee it. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last twelve months, except in case of intent or gross negligence.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. We may terminate an account for serious breach of these terms.

Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights.
